Gas Regulators

Used for Commercial / Industrial installations or installed on manifold / piping at each outlet points.

Installed on any high pressure adaptor or on pipe or on high-pressure valves to obtain variable outlet pressure to use appliances with high-pressure burners.

These regulators can be used for first or second stage pressure regulators and are stable over the entire range of delivery pressure. Adjustable pressure 0-30 psig.

These regulators are having wider outlet pressure range. The outlet pressure can be easily adjusted by rotating the knob of spring adjusting screw. By rotating the knob anticlockwise the outlet pressure is reduced & by rotating it clockwise the outlet pressure is increased. These regulators are mainly used as first stage pressure regulator in the LPG / Natural gas pressure reducing system.

Slam sut-off valve is installed immediately after the filter & prior to the regulator. It normally remains open, incase the outlet pressure of the regulator exceeds the permissible limits, the slam shut off valve senses it through the impulse line & immediately shuts off the flow to downstream.

Flame arrestors: - Flame arrestors are used to arrest the flame from reaching the highly dense area of fuel, incase of backfire & thus avoids accident & explosions. these are available in two model as following.

Model - V-9102

Non-Return valves:There are two types of non-return valves. V-6301 is having metal to metal seat and is suitable for high pressure applications upto 200 kg/cm2 V-6304 is having soft seat. It is suitable for maximum working pressure of 20kg/cm2. We can supply non return valves for all gases. The material of construction depends on the nature of media/gas for which it is to be used.

Liquid off take regulator / adapter, suitable for all company lot cylinders, approved by larsen and turbo.

Size of in-let - 1/4" & 3/8"

These die-cast cylinder adapters enable the connection of the cylinders fitted with self-closing valves to a high pressure system through a standard M. E. C. V. Thread with unreduced pressure and a high flow rate. The adapters are fitted with a non return valve to ensure that there is no return flow of lpg whilst cylinders are being disconnected. The salient features of these adapter is the multi-point locking mechanism which combined with a face seal ensures that the adapter will not leak even if it is loaded off axis.

Size available : mecv with nrv, 3/8" cu & nozzle fitted.
